Attire for the event is casual.

Ben Jacobs — a nationally renowned Native American chef and the co-owner of Tocabe— will be hosting this year's event and will select the indigenous ingredients to be featured in the dishes created. Like the American Indian College Fund, Ben believes in the power of education and the potential of every Native student. Ben is excited to lend his culinary expertise and personality to make this event a truly spectacular affair.

Denver's best chefs will be participating in our top-chef inspired culinary event. Each chef will explore their culinary prowess as they create a signature dish incorporating traditional indigenous ingredients. Guests will get to sample tantalizing bites prepared by our chefs as well as traditionally inspired food from Ben jacobs, co-founder of Tocabe.

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to get to know some of our amazing Native American students from the Navajo Technical University and Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College. Learn why their programs set them apart from all the other culinary schools in the nation and why it’s so critical that we have these schools as resources in Indian Country. And be prepared to taste some amazing dishes from our students as they demonstrate their Indigenous cooking and food preparation techniques at the event.

There are many ways to help students achieve their educational dreams. With your involvement, we will increase the number of American Indians in college today. When they are successful, we are all successful.
