college_nebraskaThe Nebraska Indian Community College (NICC) provides quality higher education and lifelong educational opportunities with tribally-relevant curricula to the Umonhon (Omaha) and Isanti (Santee Sioux) communities and surrounding communities. NICC operates three campus sites in Macy, Santee, and South Sioux City.

NICC offers associate degree programs and a certificate program. Associate degrees are offered in business administration, general sciences, carpentry, human services, Native American studies, early childhood education, and liberal arts. The college offers a certificate program in carpentry. Online classes are available.
NICC has articulation and transfer agreements with California University of Pennsylvania, the Dakota Alliance (of tribal colleges), Kaplan University, Morningside College, University of Iowa, University of Nebraska Kearney, University of Nebraska Lincoln, University of South Dakota, Waldorf College, and Wayne State College.

Student Life
The college has an intramural athletics program. It also offers services to support student success.
