How to Complete Your Application

Application Components

  • Profile – This area can be modified at a future date. Here you must complete four sections: basic information, documents (including a photograph and tribal ID information), address, and application information. Be sure your contact information is accurate.
  • Application – Enter academic information and respond to three short-answer questions. We evaluate these answers to choose scholarship recipients.
  • Documents – Upload required photo and tribal ID documents to the profile section. Upload your transcript (Full Circle applicants only) to the application to help us determine your eligibility.

NOTICE!

  • You may save your profile to complete it at a later date; but
  • You are not able to save the application once you have started.
  • Please have all necessary documents ready and adequate time to complete your application.

Required information

You will not be able to submit the application until the following required sections are complete. Once an application has been submitted you may not change anything.

  1. Digital photo – Upload a digital photo that’s at least 1.5 MB in size. We share photos with donors, so please ensure it looks professional. Read more in our Application Photo Q&A.
  2. Tribal Affiliation – Submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) or other proof of tribal enrollment. If you are not enrolled but have an enrolled parent or grandparent, please submit proof of tribal enrollment for the enrolled relative and scanned birth certificates that prove descent. Alaska Natives can show proof of Native corporation membership. Additional information for proving descent can be found here.
  3. Transcripts (Full Circle applicants only) – Upload your most recent college transcript. Unofficial transcripts are accepted. Students just beginning college should upload their high school transcript or GED score report. Transcripts must be uploaded before an application can be submitted. The short answers will NOT SAVE unless the transcript is uploaded in the same session.
