Indigenous Ingredients
What makes this event so special? Apart from the students, renowned chefs, and amazing food, there is one more thing – the ingredients used to create the unique dishes! Each recipe will feature locally sourced ingredients that are indigenous to the Northeast region. Come learn the rich history of each ingredient used at our New York EATSS event!
