SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PRESENT

We invite TCU faculty to submit a proposal to present in one of the following areas:

1) Research. Presentations in this category focus on research you have conducted to advance theory, knowledge, and/or practice in your field. This includes dissertation research and research (or an evaluation) conducted as part of a grant-funded project. We also invite presentations that can help faculty conduct better research, such as on Indigenous research methods, data sovereignty, and more.

2) Best practices and lessons learned. Presentations in this category share best practices that you or your TCU have developed over time, or lessons you have learned from developing, expanding, implementing, and/or evaluating programs and projects. Presentations in this category are less focused on research and more on helping attendees learn about an important topic in teaching and learning, get inspired with new ideas, learn from your setbacks, and build on your successes.

  • Preference will be given to proposals that include some indication of your success or impact (e.g., qualitative data, participant feedback) or on work that has a research-based foundation.

We are especially interested in sessions that focus on how tribal culture, values, and language are woven into your curricula, assessment approaches, student support, and more.
