Call for Proposals and Registration

 

We invite you to join us for the 12th TCU Faculty Convening! This annual conference brings together TCU faculty to learn, share, and connect. Sessions will address Indigenous-centered teaching practices, faculty members’ community-centered research, student learning, managing academic programs, supporting students through graduation and beyond, and much more!

The TCU Faculty Convening is supported with generous funding from the Henry Luce Foundation.

Dates: May 19-20, 2026

Location: Hilton Garden Inn Union Station, Denver, Colorado

Who: TCU faculty

Deadline: Deadline to submit a proposal to present is Friday, February 6th, 2026

Registration: Registration opens Monday, February 2, 2026

We encourage you to book your room at the Hilton Garden Inn Union Station as soon as possible and no later than the deadline date of April 20, 2026. The group rate is $259 plus 15.75% tax for a king or 2 queen beds.
