Silversmith shares his insights with the American Indian Science and Engineering Society’s publication, Winds of Change, in a special focus they created, titled “Nonprofit Jobs Decoded.” The piece looks at non-profit jobs in the marketplace, what people can expect regarding pay, benefits, and opportunities, and Silversmith shares his personal journey from new college graduate to his work advocating for Native American students.
