Terms and Conditions
All Higher Pathways partners will utilize the form below to submit their FAFSA submissions for all seniors each month. The College Access program will collect FAFSA submissions until Wednesday, April 26, 2026.
Students included in the monthly FAFSA reports will be included in a monthly drawing for a chance to win a laptop, headphones, gift cards, and prize bundles.
In addition to the monthly prizes, the top 5 partner schools with the highest FAFSA submission rates will receive $500 to put towards a FAFSA Celebration.
FAFSA Submission Reports will need to be submitted at the end of each month – January 31, February 28, March 31, and April 26.
Students may complete this form as well. They will need to upload their FAFSA confirmation page to be eligible for prizes.
