College Fund Helping the Native Community for the Holidays

The American Indian College Fund has caught the holiday spirit.

The Fund is holding its eleventh annual Holiday Dinner to honor American Indian elders in the Denver on Tuesday, December 13 at the Church of All Saints, 2559 S. Federal Boulevard. Doors open at 4:30 and the dinner commences at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to American Indians age 55 and older.

The dinner includes a traditional feast of buffalo, a visit from an Indian Santa Claws, and an entertainment program.

The Fund is also collecting coats for a coat drive for needy Natives.

Her research not only supported her students but also sparked intergenerational healing within her own family. American Indian College Fund and Pendleton Woolen Mills Student Blanket Contest Opens November 15

Starting November 15, the American Indian College Fund and Pendleton Woolen Mills, the international lifestyle brand headquartered in Portland, Oregon, are accepting submissions for The Tribal College Blanket Design Contest. American Indian and Alaska Native students attending a tribal college or university are eligible to submit up to two designs.
