The Estée Lauder Companies Awards $11,000 to American Indian College Fund for Scholarships

The Estée Lauder Tribal Scholars Program has granted the American Indian College Fund $11,000 to provide 10 scholarships to American Indian students studying marketing, business, environmental science, or a related field at a tribal college in Minnesota.

William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. said, “The Estée Lauder Companies is proud to support the American Indian College Fund for the second year in a row with the Tribal Scholars Program to aid in the pursuit of higher education. As a company, one of our philanthropic pillars is education because we believe that it is a key component to greater empowerment and economic independence. We are committed to giving back to the communities in which we work in ways that are most needed and look forward to learning more about this year’s Tribal Scholars honorees.”

Five percent or less of our applicants can afford to attend college without financial assistance.
