The Helen Roberti Charitable Trust Grants The Fund $24,000 for Scholarships

Denver, Colorado – The Helen Roberti Charitable Trust has granted the American Indian College Fund $24,000 for scholarships for American Indian students. The foundation has provided the grant to support qualified American Indian students who show academic achievement and involvement in their communities by providing financial resources to encourage them to complete a college degree.

Richard B. Williams, President and CEO of the American Indian College Fund, said, “We are delighted to have the support of the Helen Roberti Charitable Trust in helping fund dreams and miracles in Indian Country through higher education. Through this generosity, American Indian students will have the opportunity to achieve a higher education, giving them hope for a better future. Our graduates return to their communities to serve as role models and create jobs to make a difference in the lives of other American Indians.”

The Ichigo Foundation has gifted the American Indian College Fund a $100,000 award to support the Wounspe E’cetkiya O’takuye Piya A’yazunta Pi (Reconnecting Relatives to Education) Program over the next two years.
