KESHENA, Wisc. – The College of Menominee Nation (CMN) is pleased to announce its 11th Annual College Benefit Golf Outing, scheduled for Friday, September 16, at the Thornberry Creek at Oneida golf course. There are limited spots still available.
The proceeds from registration, raffles, and donations provide scholarships and other aid for CMN students. President Christopher Caldwell hopes to draw alumni, donors, and golf enthusiasts to their premier event to enjoy the best and most scenic courses the Green Bay area has to offer.
“This is our premier fundraising event,” says Caldwell. “People come from across the country to network with our alumni, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and play the outstanding courses. It is an extraordinary event that supports our mission to prepare American Indian students for leadership, careers, and advance studies in a multicultural world.”
The benefit golf outing kicks off the college’s 30th-anniversary celebrations that will also recognize the 50th anniversary of the Menominee Restoration Act that restored the Menominee Indian Tribe’s status as a federally recognized Tribe.
