College Fund Law Scholar Interviewed by MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell

Samantha Maltais, the American Indian College Fund Law Scholarship recipient headed to Harvard Law School, was interviewed last night on The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell program on MSNBC live.
